    Vent ahead of the turbo

It's always at atmospheric pressure or below. Preferably after the AFM.

have it draw in after the AFM but before the turbo

After the afm so you do not muck up your AFM with atomized oil. And before the turbo so that it sucks in the crankcase air and gets burned off in the combustion chamber as intended. Instead of after the turbo where it will pressurize your crank case, possibly spit oil out of the dipstick tube, and blow seals.

Venting to atmosphere will cause the engine to stumble.

An air/oil seperator can between the two points works better and will be cleaner all around.
