    Stanley sealed beam

    Any one have a lead on where to find a replacement headlight for a 1983 Hondamatic motorcycle?

    Embossed on the actual bulb is, "SAE M 71 Stanley 001-1012 Japan".

    The bulb is a sealed beam, and seems to measure 6 1/2".

    Our local motorcycle dealers, stores, leads, and internet searches all are coming up dry.

    Anyone have any leads or suggestions ?

    And yes, this is for my son !

    This is the same sealed beam unit used in the 1975 Honda CL360. It is available from your Honda dealer for about $50.
