    Chapel Hill deal.mechs?

I have a great BMW mechanic, but with six thousand miles of warranty left on my car, I could certainly use the free services of the dealer shop. Any experiences there?

I trusted everything to Mel at Performance BMW

when I had my bad nikasal block replaced with alusil (or was it vice versa?) under warranty. I dno't know who the tech was but everything went exactly as it should have. I've heard others refer to Mel favorably.

Yeah - performance was a very well run service department when I was in Chapel Hill. I'm in Raleigh now and dislike Leith's service dept. so bad I think I'm going to start taking my roadster all the way to Performance.

    excellent dealership

I went to Performance today for the first time with my new ((to me)) car for it's 30k check up and was impressed with the level of service and just plain kindness shown by everyone I encountered in service and parts.
