11am is kickoff time for the OU/Tex game
so maybe that will help with the seating at the meet? I just checked two schedules, both say 11am, ABC sports

That may not help that much, depends on if the locals congregate there to watch the game.

SHould not be too much of a problem
We do have the dinning area that seats 90 reserved. The Bar & Lounge is what will be open to the general public. Z has been open since 8/26. We (I and Ben) have been there a few times including game day on Saturday for TX games. It tends to be more of a light family crowed - Soccer Moms and Baseball Dads with their kids.
