Grand Prairie Employees:
As part of this year's National Quality Month, Missiles and Fire Control has paired with the North Texas Mustang Club to organize the first "Hot Rods and Hot Dogs" car and motorcycle show this Saturday, October 9, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Corsair Park. This event is open and free to all employees as well as the public, and entries will be accepted until 11 a.m. the day of the show. Please pass this along to anyone you think would like to participate. The registration fee is $20 and a canned food donation. Contact Sam Rodriguez at 972-603-3341 to register.

All proceeds will be benefiting The Grand Prairie Police Memorial Fund, the USO and the North Texas Food Bank. T-Shirts and dash plaques will be given to the first 50 entries. Trophies will be awarded.

In addition to donating registration fees, food sales, etc., there will be drawings for giveaways. Giveaways include a Peyton Manning autographed jersey, two tickets to NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Racing, and a weekend stay at the Westin Galleria. This is in addition to baseball caps, spotlights, graphic shirts and coffee mugs that will be given away throughout the day.
