Landshark Automotive in Natick. Experiences?
In a few months the CPO runs out, and I'll have to say goodbye to the $tealer...
I've had a few bad experiences with Autobahn in Natick, and wanted to give these people a try...
Opinions?
Best,
Erik

Re: Landshark Automotive in Natick. Experiences?
I have two issue with them, shoddy work and attitude.
The shoddy work came when they mounted/balanced new shoes on my M5 wheels. When I picked them up, Chip mentioned that he'd had a "heck of a time getting them on."
What I didn't notice until the next day (because I picked the car up in a driving rain storm) was that they had scuffed the hell out of my wheels. It maybe just cosmetic damage, but it pissed me off that he did it and then didn't tell me about it.
Add to that Chip's attitude, which I find patronizing, and I'm not going back. Life is too short...
I had a good initial impression of Landshark, but they have yet to touch the car, so we'll see....

Re: Landshark Automotive
I used them over the summer for an a/c condenser replacement. Slightly better value than the dealer, work quality was fine and they did point out a leaking rear shock that I had to replace. The guys working there seem to be ex-Foreign Motors West employees and so are BMW certified.

Re: Landshark Automotive in Natick. Experiences?
will do.
Something is sweaking up front, most likely the sway bar links or bushings... They're gonna investigate and fix when it's time for the snow shoes....

Re: Landshark Automotive in Natick. Experiences?
Is this a coincidence or is their one shop with 2 names.
I don't know of Landshark but the proprieter of Autobahn goes by the name of Chip.
He had a 89 525i for sale and wanted $6500.
I asked if it came from Florida since the paint was broken. No, not a Florida car.
Goin by there tonight.
