Good Body shop, East Side

My son's Touareg was rear ended today on I-5. Appears to be minor damage, but we will be looking for options other than the dealer. Any good shops that anyone would recommend?

I always thought R&R was the best, back there a couple blocks behind BMW Bellevue. But a few people here were not impressed with them.

I used Eastside Collision at the end of SR520 when the E30 was rear-ended. Their work was very nice, but it was a 15 year old E30.

Some paint work on the rear fenders and back, but mostly the trunk floor and rear bumper and below needed the attention.

New management as of a fewq months ago and they SUCK. A friend of mine worked there when they were good, but now over half of the shop has quit, including the production manager. maybe the new management is getting better, but after the horror stories of what the employees were being asked to do to cars to save money (because management couldn't pay their employees) there's no way I would take a car there.

RnR is still pretty good, but the old production manager left and bought Bel-Red Auto Rebuild which is right next door. That'd be my best pick of a place to go.
