Call and maybe I can help...

This post is not meant to offend or be spam in any way, shape, or form.

As a BMW owner and now working for a BMW dealership, I'm hoping to connect with more New England BMW owners and potential owners to help you locate, purchase, and get you excited about your next BMW. If there is anything my dealership or I can do, please give me a call or send an email.

Thanks, and I hope to speak with you soon.

    Thanks Marc

I have a CPO '99 540IA with 40K, I've been having a problem with the left xenon headlight and the dealer just couldn't figure out the problem. I took it to an independent shop and he seems to know the problem. It's going in for the repair tomorrow which will cost me approx. $150. Number 1, would the headlight repair be covered as a CPO if the dealer could have fixed it and number 2 is there any way to recoup the cost from the dealer if it is covered? My CPO expires 3/05. Thanks for any input.

    Re: Thanks Marc

I'm more on the sales side than service but from my understanding and dealing with the CPO program the repair should be covered by BMW if the service department could fix it. I would recommend talking to your service dept. after the repair and see if they can do anything to reimburse you. This probably should have been talked about prior to having the car repaired which you may have already done. If all else fails, contact BMWNA and see if they can do something as the car is a CPO. Hope this helps...Marc
