Wheel Worx in MD (too high!!)
Wheel Collision Center in Bath PA - might have some refinished in stock
If you're talking steel wheels, and they aren't bent, you can have them bead-blasted and use Wurth or Griot's wheel paint to redo them.
Or you could take them to Asco (American Stripping Company) in Manassas to have them stripped and powdercoated. They don't true wheels - just coat.
