    Any automotive machine shop worth their salt...

    ...should be able to handle this for you. Just look in the yellow pages as I'm sure there is no shortage of them in the DC area.

    Fairfax Auto Parts Machine Shop (703-560-0813) was recommended to me back when I was doing my twin turbo project. I never used them so am unable to vouch for their work. Can't imagine they're any better/worse than the rest, though. Good luck...
