Just to start another LONG thread Viv
Finally watched your vid of the E39 crew. Did you do the compilation? It wasn't clear. Had to shut near everything off on my computer to watch it without freezing though.
Good Job.

Thanks. I didn't do the music compilation.
One of my E39 friends did that for me.

E39 vid
I saw that in the end credits but you forgot to mention yourself.
What you said in the Idrive thread is correct. "I doubt they take two cars on vacation." The way he worded it sounded like they did. Thats what I was bubbling about. Not that she didn't deserve a car. I am the LAST one to throw stones in that direction.
Even if I got my car first. She has to wait for hers. Merc. E320/420

Are we the only 3 here???
Not that I'm bored or anything....
But what's up with these forums? I'd think others would post just so they didn't have to see my name here so much!?! ;-)
Y'know I use to be in the "other" German car forums (and the initials aren't M.B.)... Anywho, I participated in the more "conservative" car forums and they were like lightening compared to the BMW forums. I've checked all the "major" forums; BMW World, BMWBoard, radfly, etc. and none seem to be as active as the...
er... um..... well,.... AUDI forums... Okay! There! I said it! Shoot me!iDriveyguy

Viv! Color me impressed
I really enjoyed the show! I thought the "fades"/transitions from one pic to next was well done!
But only one pic of "Viv"????
I request that when you produce BMWShow - The Sequel, you ad a bit more of your 5er.... and dedicate a minimum of 5 slides to me! ;-)

Thank you *bowing*
This was the second show I produced. Seems to be one/year thing. My problem is that each year it gets twice as large. I had a difficult time finding a place to host it this year.
You noticed there weren't any E60s in the show. "rem" who has an E60 hangs out in our E39 Lounge tried to bribe me to put his car in the show, and I refused. Heehee, not really, but I told him his car had too big of a butt to be included. He/we all got a good laugh over it.
Come on over to our E39 Lounge. We have a good time.

I've been watching too >>>
but since this is a lounge, really not much activity really.
I do wish I was driving my 6er instead of sitting here at work "working", but this will have to do for now.
I also found out that the gal Naomi whom thought she had a 630 CSi really had a 635 and mis-read the back of the car!!!
Now that is funny :)
Later!
Cheers, Bob

How can someone misread the numbers on a car?

Well, hopefully they can't. Story behind this>>>
Several years ago when many of us hooked up on RF (E24 board anyway) and noticed that we repeatedly needed to include what model 6er, what year and where in the country (or world) we lived. So we decided that our RF handles should include this info. It has since lost almost all meaning, but to some they know that I am in the bay area of CA and have a 1980 633 CSi.
See?, easy!
Told ya there was a story behind it :)
Cheers, Bob

Nope
If you want I can bring over my multiple personalities and really get things going.
Now that you have opened up the Audi can of worms.....which one/year did you have? Someone doesn't like BMWs and needs something to drive.
Bobbo,
Hey no lurking, it's not snowing, raining or even cloudy so why not hide inside and post away. I am running out of things to blubber about.
BTW I got another chance to follow my younger brother again today.
Followed a 01 740i sport in impala brown who lives somewhere near me.
Viv, I bet Naomi could tell you diamond carat weights pretty good. I guess reading might be a little tough. If only she wasn't blonde, then it wouldn't be so funny. At least she will be tanned and blonde. Two weeks.....can't wait... 2006.....Oahu...Poki...
blah,blah,blah.... bored enough to read all of this?
