Worth?
No that I am selling, but I am curious how much I could get for my 69 2800. It has no rust and a perfect dash, recaro interior, dinan stage II suspension and 15 inch rims from an E34. It has the original motor, but Weber carbs, everything else is original. I think I got a good deal, paying $4800 and putting in about $1600 for a tune and fixing some other misc. issues.

Re: Worth?
I'm not trying to make a joke, it is worth about what you paid for it. Any E3 in the over 4K range has to be something pretty special. The seem to be three distinct classes of E3s.
The lowest class is the really ratty rusty used up ones for a few hundred bucks. Good as parts cars, not much else.
The middle class are the ones that are in decent shape, but, like yours, probably could stand some time/money invested to make them really nice. This probably includes the long-stored "barn finds" as long as the body and interior are in decent shape. (the mechanicals are the easy part). These type of cars can range from under a grand to 3-4K.
The top class is the pristine "time capsule" ones that are few and far between. A fully optioned 3.0s or si of this type MIGHT change hands for 7-8k max, but I wouldn't pay it.
As for what you see in the marketplace, lots of the first, a few of the second, and maybe one every few years or so of the third.
