    does this qualify sorry (m)

    whats been done:

    3 rear differentials,
    new engine
    clutch
    sway bars

    all under a 2 year period, 14000 miles, car is an 2003 M3coupe, new engine has about 5000 miles, car is about 20 months old

    Probably if your car was in the shop for a while

    It sounds like your car is over the 30 day limit for "time spent in shop." Calculate how many consecutive days your car was in the shop. If it's over 30 you have something. You may also have a case if your car was in for the differential problem more than 3 times. Check the lemon law for the state you're in. Do a search on google and you should easily find an abbreviated, annotated description of your states lemon law.
